YYA NOW, N.E.X.T.

The Youth and Young Adult Division of Tennessee Baptist Missionary and Educational Convention proudly embraces the convention theme of Convention Now, Convention Next  to center our vision. Through the framework of N.E.X.T. — Nurture, Equip, eXpand, and Transform — we are committed to intentionally investing in the spiritual, personal, and leadership development of our young people. We are laser focused on nurturing their faith, equipping them with biblical truth and life skills, expanding their influence and opportunities for service, and transforming lives through the power of Christ. We recognize our responsibility to prepare the next generation not only for today’s challenges, but for tomorrow’s calling, ensuring they are confident in their identity, rooted in God’s Word, and ready to lead with purpose and integrity.

We are passionate about walking alongside children, youth, and young adults as they grow in their relationship with Christ. Please join us in this quest of raising a generation rooted in truth, hope, and God’s love.
