What is The YC?
The Youth Conclave is an extraordinary summer camp serving middle and high schoolers from Tennessee and surrounding states who are ready to grow spiritually, socially, and personally.
At The YC, youth are encouraged to embrace who God created them to be. Grounded in the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:14–16 — “You are the light of the world” — campers are taught how to let the light of Christ shine through their lives. Through engaging Bible-based teaching, interactive workshops, worship experiences, and meaningful conversations, students learn the importance of staying rooted in God’s Word while boldly living out their faith.
The YC provides a safe, uplifting, and inspiring environment where students can build confidence, strengthen their faith, and develop lasting friendships with like-minded peers who share similar values and goals.
Beyond the classroom, The Youth Conclave offers fun activities, team-building experiences, and intentional bonding moments that create memories and connections that last long after camp ends.
The Youth Conclave is a place where faith is strengthened, identity is affirmed, and purpose is discovered. Join us for an unforgettable experience of growth, connection, and transformation.
Important Update: Summer 2026 Programs
Please note that there will be no Youth Camp held during the summer of 2026. In prayerful consideration and strategic planning, we are encouraging our churches, families, and young people to instead support and participate in the National Baptist Congress of Christian Education in June and the TNBME State Congress of Christian Education in July.
We believe these gatherings will provide a powerful opportunity for spiritual growth, leadership development, and meaningful fellowship for our youth and young adults.
While Youth Camp will pause in 2026, we are excited to announce that planning will begin for the 2027 Youth Conclave. Our team is already preparing for an impactful and engaging experience, and we invite you to check back regularly for updates, announcements, and registration information.

Pouring into Young Minds
Faith comes alive at TN Youth Conclave. We intentionally design relevant, spirit-led Bible study sessions that speak to the real lives of today’s youth, creating space for youth to encounter God. These sessions nurture spiritual growth, build biblical foundations, and inspire lifelong discipleship. You will not leave how you came!
Pouring out the Fun
We believe fun and faith go hand in hand and fun has purpose! Campers are free to enjoy every and connect with others in meaningful ways. Through shared experiences, campers develop friendships that strengthen their faith journey. From games to group activities, we encourage fellowship, friendship, and unforgettable memories rooted in Christ.
Pouring into the Leaders
We believe strong leaders build strong ministries. We provide intentional training and spiritual enrichment for youth leaders and chaperones who invest in our young people. These sessions are designed to renew vision, sharpen skills, and empower leaders for lasting impact.
